After Keaton Moser picked off a Colton Korver pass, the Nighthawks were able to turn that takeaway into points. Cody Post was on the receiving end of a 24 yard touchdown pass from Van’t Hul to push the score to 14-7 midway through the 2nd quarter. After another Dutch 3-and out, BHRV scored again. Van’t Hul kept it himself and scored from 3 yards out. Heading into the half it was 21-7 in favor of the Nighthawks.

Following another Keaton Moser interception early in the third, Sam Te Slaa was able to be on the receiving end of a 31 yard pass to make it 28-7 early in the second half. Into the fourth quarter, Kolton Korver fumbled the ball inside the Dutch 5, which the Nighthawks recovered, and the very next play Elliott Van Kekerix scored from four yards out to make it 35-7, and that would be your final.

The Nighthawks improve to 7-1 on the year, 4-0 in District Play and clinch the district title after CL/GLR topped Sioux Center. MOC-Floyd Valley falls to 1-7 on the year, and 1-3 in the district.
