Pontiac Grand Prix sedan when the rear drivers’ side tire broke off. Ferris lost control of his vehicle which then hit the guardrail of the overpass. No injuries were reported. Ferris was wearing his seatbelt.
Terrence Hubbard, age 20, of Rock Valley was driving a 1999 Ford Taurus westbound on Hwy 18 near Fig Ave. when he lost control of his vehicle which then entered the south ditch and struck a large building owned by A & I products.
